At 7X7 Experience we believe that driving is secondary to providing excellent customer service. We're also the oldest and largest provider of customer service education for drivers.
7X7 Executive Transportation was founded in San Francisco in 2010 as an executive car service. As the company expanded, we focused on hiring people with strong customer service skills who enjoyed driving and were looking to supplement their income. We found that many of those interested in driving for us had little or no experience, so we developed a course to give them all of the tools and skills necessary to succeed. This way every 7X7 driver delivers a safe and professional trip for every passenger.
Now known as the 7X7 Experience Quality Improvement Course, we offer this to anyone in the USA and Canada wishing to excel in the ridesharing business. We hope you’ll try it out and see the improvements yourself!
